PSOD – Payment Terms & Conditions
- All payments are non-refundable once a place has been booked, including in the event of missed classes or leaving the school part-way through a term.
- Fees must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice. Continued non-payment may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
- Uniform is preferred for all classes for health, safety and professional presentation. Uniform can be purchased by emailing us for details.
- Please ensure children arrive on time and ready for class with appropriate clothing, footwear and any required equipment.
- Parents/guardians must inform PSOD of any medical conditions, injuries or relevant changes that may affect participation.
- PSOD reserves the right to cancel, change or rearrange classes where necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible.
- By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand that fees are payable for the place reserved, rather than attendance.
